Discipline:

• It is mandatory to attend the institute in the uniform code and at prescribed time. Defaulters in this regard would be penalized according to the rules framed from time to time.
• All students must reach college at time and should carry identity cards.
• Any misconduct or misbehavior in the Institute / Hostel campus or outside shell be viewed seriously and liable to be penalized accordingly to Uttarakhand State University Act, Order rules and regulations. Pasting of any kind of notice with in the Institute or defacing its property is not allowed. The students are forbidden to communicate with any outside authority directly / indirectly regarding matters of the institute. All such communications must be submitted through the Director, who will forward to the office of the Chairman if considered desired.
• The Institute does not hold itself responsible for any debts or financial deals struck  by the students of their parents / guardians.
• Mobile and laptop must switch off in the classes / library.

Ragging:

Ragging of students is forbidden and is punishable, either by fine or rustication from college. Ragging is defined as willful injury or threat of injury, physical or mental to any fellow student. Activities such as initiation. Or ragging of students which lower human dignity, cause traumatic feeling and leave emotional scars in the personalities of the victims are strictly forbidden as per the instructions given by Honourable Supreme Court.

Attendance:

• All students must obtain 75% attendance to be eligible for the University Examination.
• Any candidate who does not had adequate attendance & progress in any subject will not be permitted for the examination.
• All internal examination will be compulsory and internal marks will be awarded on basis of average.
• Attendance on re-opening day is mandatory.

Refund:

Fees once paid are not refundable under any circumstances at all. After admission the amount paid as fees will stand absorbed by the institute for all the students, whether studying or withdrawn or expelled from the the roll of institute.

Fees:

Students must deposit the fees and the dues, if any, at the time of registration and within the prescribed date for each semester. In no case, any delay in registration will not be permitted.

Disputes:

Students should abide by all rules and regulations of institute within and outside the campus. In the library & laboratories, all prescribed rules must be followed, without causing damage to self / others and to the assets. If any student is found undisciplined, inside & outside the institute strict action will be taken. All disputes are subject to Dehradun jurisdiction only.
